Fylde’s MPT1327 Trunking infrastructure support 3000 workers in the refineries and along the 1500 Km pipeline. Isolated in semi-desert area 435 miles south-west of the capital, Khartoum, The pipeline stretches from the Heglig-area oil fields in western Kordofan province to the port city of Bashaier on the Red Sea. The $3 bn investment in pipeline and refineries is expected to yield at least 250,000 bpd.

Fylde Infrastructure was chosen for its reliability and proven track record in harsh environments. Optical fibre backbone runs the length of the pipeline allowing for multi-site functionality as well as telemetry. Data is collected and transmitted through the Fylde Trunk network.
